For those looking for confirmation: the sleeves also have the sherpa lining, so it's not just keeping your torso warm!
I'm like 175/75kg and the regular flannels are perfect for me in size S, but for this it's a little small, it won't quite fit properly on me when my hips/ass kinda get too tight around the lowest few buttons. The sizing is likely identical to shirts per se, but the added lining makes it just that much tighter.
So as someone else said below, if your regular flannel shirt size is a rather tight fit, size up for the jacket. I would probably exchange mine but it'll likely cost too much to be worth it with the postages. So I'll make do with this, also I feel a bigger size would make the sleeves too long for me.
Really warm. No inside pockets. Looks like a flannel shirt, but gets you through colder seasons too!
