SHIPPING POLICY
Once you have placed an order on our site you will receive a confirmation email. If you have not received an email confirmation, please check also your spam folder. To cancel or modify an order email us at info@volkflannel.com immediately. Once you have received a tracking number your order will be unable to be cancelled or modified. Please be sure to use the correct shipping info and select the correct size before completing your order.
Orders should arrive within 4-8 workdays after we have received payment (depending on chosen service). We are shipping from Slovenia.
Allow 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped. During sales, special seasonal promotions etc. this can be delayed, but we will always try to meet original time. As soon as we ship your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
The exact delivery time depends on your country AND national holidays, vacation seasons or unpredicted events, like severe weather conditions, worker strikes etc. not just in your country, but anywhere on the way.

Shipping services are carried out by GLS, FedEx or DHL, if chosen.
Shipping services for the Canary Islands, Iceland, Malta, Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom are carried out only by DHL or FedEx.
For the Canary Islands, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom import duties and/or taxes apply!
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & IMPORT TAX
When ordering goods for international deliveries you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes that apply to your country. VOLK is not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs or duties. If you refuse to accept the incurred fees and the package is determined unclaimed, denied or otherwise refused, VOLK will not provide any form of refund nor reship the order.
For further information on customs and excise policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
We will always endeavor to ensure your order reaches the correct address but it is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the correct address is provided at the point of order, particularly when ordering internationally.
We reserve the right to charge an administration fee of 15 eur for any change to the order details post-purchase.
If the order is returned to Volk Clothing d.o.o. because of incorrect delivery details the customer will be responsible for the cost of resending the item. If there is no response then VOLK will return the item to stock and issue a refund less an administration fee of 15 eur.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your order for a refund or exchange within 14 days after receiving it. Any items must reach our returns department within 14 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
To send the item back please first contact us at info@volkflannel.com.
The returned items must be in resaleable condition:
All products must have all original Volk Clothing tags still attached and be packed in the same product foil as received.
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that:
● Contain animal hair, pet hair, lint, or other debris.● Have odors of perfume, smoke, body odor, detergents, or any other scent.● Show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage.● Are stained or otherwise not in their original condition.
Items returned in an unacceptable condition may be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.

The goods should be returned inside their original, undamaged packaging of each product with both the printed receipt and return form filled out for a refund or exchange. They need to be returned in either original delivery bag or other water resistant packaging (not product foil!). Items packed in an unacceptable condition may be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.
VOLK will not issue refunds for any difference in price on items purchased before the start of any sale. Orders placed at retail price, will have any exchange/refund option available, while those purchasing at a sale price are considered final sale.
All processed orders shipped before the start of any sale, may not be exchanged for items at their discounted price.
