SHIPPING POLICY

Once you have placed an order on our site you will receive a confirmation email. If you have not received an email confirmation, please check also your spam folder. To cancel or modify an order email us at [email protected] immediately. Once you have received a tracking number your order will be unable to be cancelled or modified. Please be sure to use the correct shipping info and select the correct size before completing your order.

Allow 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped. As soon as we ship your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. The delivery time depends on your country.

Orders should arrive within 4-8 workdays* after we have received payment.

Shipping services are carried out by GLS.

Shipping services for UK are carried out by DHL.

International Shipping & Import Tax

When ordering goods for international deliveries you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes that apply to your country. Volk is not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs or duties. If you refuse to accept the incurred fees and the package is determined unclaimed, denied or otherwise refused, Volk will not provide any form of refund nor reship the order.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

We will always endeavour to ensure your order reaches the correct address but it is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the correct address is provided at the point of order, particularly when ordering internationally.

We reserve the right to charge an administration fee of 15 eur for any change to the order details post-purchase.

If the order is returned to Volk Clothing because of incorrect delivery details the customer will be responsible for the cost of resending the item. If there is no response then Volk Clothing will return the item to stock and issue a refund less an administration fee of 15 eur.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your order for a refund or exchange within 14 days after receiving it. Any items must reach our returns department within 14 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

The returned items must be in resaleable condition:
All products must be returned within 14 days after delivered.
All products must be unworn and unwashed.
All products must have all original Volk tags still attached and be packed in the same bag as received.

The goods should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging with both the printed receipt and return form for a refund or exchange.

Volk Clothing will not issue refunds for any difference in price on items purchased before the start of any sale. Orders placed at retail price, will have any exchange/refund option available, while those purchasing at a sale price are considered final sale.
All processed orders shipped before the start of any sale, may not be exchanged for items at their discounted price.
